I'm in intrested in Millenia exaust noise and exhaust gas composition test results, I'm trying to register car in Estonia (it is very difficult here, because we have strict regulations on US cars), European Union but Europe Mazda dealers do not have that kind of information, so I contacted Mazdausa via e-mail, and here are the answer:

Hello, as I can see you need this stuff for domestic registration of Mazda Millenia? The car is in your country allready, or you only hava a plan to inport it? What is the problem? You have objections that it's exaust noise and exhaust gas composition test results won't meet your country current restrictions?

P.S. Did you check it's VIN in Carfax? Aren't you scared of it's 12 records? Did you applied for the complete Carfax history?

Hello, I need this stuff or otherwise I must take car for these same tests in Finland(costs begins @1500 EUR, and if it fails in some point, then I need to change neccesery parts and try again, paying ofcourse 1500 EUR again). I do not have car in my country @ the moment, without these papers theres no point to import this car. With these test results I have the longshot to get the car in our register.

About Carfax, Im searching for the person, whos having an open account, for this car only theres no point send a request.
If anyone has access to these numbers, the bounty are guaranteed.

Now I see. In case you failed to obtain the info you need from Mazda USA, won't you try request the same at the Mazda Europe for Xedos 9 2.5 V6 AT? It's the same car as Millenia. Or you need data related to Millenia officially?

Mazda Baltic tech.department said that they are in competition with Mazdausa and cant reveal this information. Our vehicle registration requires info witch is related directly with vehicle VIN code.

It's a fucking shit.... Have no idea...

yesterday I sent following email:

This time I want to know, why is this information not available? You canˇt sell cars without knowing these specs in US, am I right? I did not make this stupid law in our country, wich demand this test results to put the car in our register. Also, can you give me the direct e-mail, phone number and the person name, who is resolving this kind of issuses in your company
